After a long hiatus, I’ve gotten the desire to do some writing, and I feel like it’s a good idea to help flesh out our company as it’s growing. Updates will be coming much more frequently(expect 1 to 2 times a week for the foreseeable future). One of the main things I want to do, is Pivot the blog from one primarily about us and our business, to one more about the issues facing our clients. I’ll be posting our case studies, essentially all the research that we do and tools we use to help determine what the best solution is for a prospective client.
Currently we have 2 projects running, a website we’re in the process of designing for a Security company, and a website for a Manufacturing company. While both are looking for business solutions to drive traffic and create new business, the people they are reaching out to are from vastly different disciplines. A common misconception when people are first looking to expand their online presence, is that websites are a one-size fits all solution to their needs. The hard work isn’t in the coding and content of a website(Which certainly can present challenges, but that’s for another post), the hard work is the research of a particular market, and the application of that research into creating an effective solution for our clients.
The research and the application of that research is what I plan to spend most of my time on this blog talking about. Hopefully this leads to some interesting conversation, you’ll get to see the nuts & bolts of our process, and how it helps to create excellent results for our clientele.
